nice picture there. I was on RR headed to 30th street and when you cross the river and look to the south the magnitude of the current projects becomes apparent. This view is being altered in a significant way.

The actual building will extend the full length pictured, including the portion that is now ground level, right? Why are the floor portions closes to the core so far ahead?

It's only those higher portions around the core that are the actual tower. What you're calling "ground level" will actually be the exterior motor court and green space in front of the building, decked over the parking garage (with #6 in this drawing being the driveway ramp leading down into the underground garage):

^^^ I haven't been paying close attention, but what do you think is the rate at which a new floor is being added?

there was an internet posting about this on Philly mag property site and it said they would be adding one floor per week and topping out would happen in May.
