That's the tallest building of the Cira Centre South complex and we're still due for another taller building carrying that same name.
The western bank of The Schuylkill is where a lot is going on and being planned. Amtrak and several local institutions and the biggest office landlord in the region are about the start Phase One of this on that side of the river.
i think downtown philadelphia is my favorite big-city american downtown. it feels big, but refined and human-scaled enough. it doesn't have that brutal edge or mid/late 20th century gigantism like many american downtowns.
