Interesting looking project. I've heard rumours about this project, being a 200 meter tower, didn't know it had begun construction ?

This is a first phase, I have to assume.

I like the look of it in the renderings. Would be nice to be 200m, but even at 30 floors, it's not bad looking. More welcome addition to this neighbourhood. It's going to be so drastically changed in a few years compared to how it was when I lived nearby.

If you're single, this is the neighbourhood you want to be in. My friend lives in iLoft and I can tell you first hand that the majority of people are young professionals who cannot afford expensive downtown living. It's eye candy heaven for both males and females . And with all the new developments, it will definitely help the area and hopefully help out with foot traffic as well.

caltrane74, there is Waterscapes and Waterways. Waterways is going to be 50 stories, so I do not think there is Phase 2 of Waterscapes, but of course I could be wrong.

Although I've always liked the look of this one, I did wonder how the gaps in the balconies would pan out. Judging by the above photo they're working very well asthetically.
