we have the building listed at 209.1m, your drawing is too tall.

What happens is you submit a diagram and it sits awaiting approval by someone with approval powers. We check it for accuracy, quality and for fraudulent or banned elements.

Can you guys not change that to the latest official proposed height?
It originaly was proposed at 209m but they have moved that up. and since we dont know that the city will reject that height then id say its safe to change that...
The latest official proposed height is 228.7m (750ft), thats what my diagram was drawn at... Plus it looks better tall

"It originaly was proposed at 209m but they have moved that up"

no "they" haven't although "they" have mentioned somewhere that "they" may apply to the committee of adjustments for a height increase once and if the 209m height is approved

Thanks for the clarification.
ok so since it will mosy likely be approved at that height of 209m its almost guarenteed they will propose it officially at 228.7m anyway..
So for now i suppose i should just shorten my drawing and re-submit it?

Hey Tony, just wondering but is the Cadillac Fairview going to be added to the diagram. The height would not be listed (just like signature) but it could be placed beside the Ritz (assuming its around the same height)

Love your Four Seasons! Hope it looks as good in the flesh. Changing the topic slightly does anyone know whether Quantum 2 is 52 or 54 storeys? Does its "under construction" status mean the underground parking lot is being built in conjunction with Quantum 1 or do we really have the go ahead on the tower? This build is either going to make or break the Young/Eglinton neighbourhood. It will be interesting watching it go up. Let hope for a quality exterior.

It's most likely 52 storeys. Technically just the garage is to be built but sales have gone well enough to assume the tower will proceed once the garage is completed (6 to 8 months from now)

215m is good estimate for the Cadillac Fairview/Wellington Square tower, right?

^My estimate was 213 metres (700 ft.) so I would have to agree
