The Rosenbluth building on Walnut is now fully occupied with City CoHo co-working companies. But even if they weren't kicked out and that wasn't incorporated into any development, the parking lot at 24th and Sansom alone could be used.

The owner of that lot told me that he will develop it in the next cycle. A few more that are closer to happening (just barely) are more Chop towers by the South Street Bridge, the tower planned for the parking lot of Penn Park, and maybe the long-awaiting phase two of Edgewater Apartments.
Schuylkill Yards is closer than all of those, of course, but I don't want to jinx the whole thing by thinking that development is inevitable.
