there isn't much tall east of here so this will be visible above its surroundings very soon. Its going to seem quite large at this locale.

Last time I walked by it looked like you could dock the Enterprise in that driveway.

That garage at 12th+Walnut is horrible. Hopefully they will tear it down and put up an apt tower.

So is this building not going over Fergies? I thought the design had it building over top of the bar.

No, here is the back (Sansom St. side).

Cool, thanks. Hopefully that parking deck's days are numbered cause it's kind of an eyesore.

Probably not any time soon. 1213 should see if they can get permission to paint the exposed wall next to their property. The garage across 12th is going away at some point. Brickstone has plans for it.

Great infill, anything close to 300ft with a decent design in this area will stand out.

That's one of Parkway's Flagship parking garages and includes a Starbucks. This thing will be there for the rest of our lives.

The garage isn't pretty (I mean after all, it is a garage), but it's far from an eyesore. From my experience, it's at least well run and clean....plus it has ground floor retail. It's not preferred, but it could definitely be worse.

Well, I never thought I'd defend a garage, but there it is.
