It's just glare from the weather. The windows are not tinted.

I like the way these interact with the neighbourhood. The dark red brick was a wise choice.

You can never go wrong with red brick. It looks great and almost improves with age.

Does anyone know if the parking spaces have an electric outlet in central 2 or 3 (for electric vehicle)? I can't seem to get an answer from anyone...

I suppose that an owner of an electric vehicle could have one installed at their own expense, for their own use, and billed to their own account. I wouldn't expect that these would be freely available to just anybody, nor paid for by the condo corporation.

An article from a few years ago... *note the owner was not willing to pay for the separate meter*

I've been looking into some units on Central 1 and 3. Anyone that visited them have any comments to do? Things that you liked or didn't?

I live in Central phase 2 and love it. Great location close to Byward, Rideau, Downtown, Elgin, Bank, Lansdowne yet not too loud or too busy. I would suggest getting a unit in phase 2 or 3 so you have access to the amenities and outdoor pool and cabana's in phase 3 (which is a great addition and rare find for downtown). They also have good quality finishes, especially compared to Claridge and some of the other builders.

They have had a few issues lately with fobs not working or the added security for the pool area but other then that I would highly recommend it.

I lived in Central 1 for the last year. It's not top quality, but probably the best you can get in Ottawa. Soundproofing was really good, great party room and overall good feeling. LCBO being next door made me a worse alcoholic.

That's good to know. Noise is one of my biggest concerns when buying, even though I know I need to have some tolerance since I'm living in a condo.

I'd echo these comments.

Are you going to attend the AGM tomorrow?

@Shalaby, no unfortunately I am busy tomorrow and in any case, I am not an owner, I'm renting the unit from the owner right now...
