On the map above :
- in green are buildings currently under construction
- in blue are revealed projects, those which have been announced with renderings.
- in orange are unrevealed projects, those which are rumoured but haven't been announced yet.

The Tour Carpe Diem (orange n°4) has just been announced today. So it should be updated as "blue" on the map. Here's the rendering of the building :

^If that's correct - and it's a big IF - that'll be the best project in LD since the renovation of AXA.
IMO of course.

^That's the spirit !
Unfortunately, this project will join the numerous visions that would have made LD a great business district and always failed to materialize.

When I first saw the exterior rendering of Tour Carpe Diem, I thought it would be a nice tower.... but now that I see those renderings of the roof, base, and interior, I am in awe! Are they sure Robert AM Stern designed that?

As for GAN, considering it still looks great after three decades and being a 70s design, it really seems to me that it is a quality and timeless design now. The new plan looks good but not worth it in place of a classic tower like GAN.
