That is certainly awesome, and will add some nice density to the east end of the skyline! They need to build something like that on a smaller scale here in Ottawa...perhaps where Hunt Club will eventually intersect the 417...

Yeah, the speed is very good on this one! So far, its a good sequel to 400 Sherbrooke Ouest.

It would be nice if a mod changes the thread title for something like this: MONTREAL | Marriott Courtyard Montréal Centre-ville | 446 FT / 136 M | 40 FLOORS

Thanks!

The old height says 132m/434ft, where did the new height come from?

Nice new renders! This building is gonna be dope on Bleury/ Rene-Levesque.

I personally find Rene-Levesque boulevard very underwhelming as an important business canyon. It only has a handful Before Rene-Levesque can ever be considered an imposing skyscraper canyons, it needs a lot more 120m+ towers! So far there are only the complexe desjardins towers (152, 130m), the CIBC tower (187m), PVM (188m), Telus (140m), Sun Life (124m) and the 1250 (199m), but that one doesnt really count seeing as its full height rises off the adjacent streets and only its 4 floor podium touches on the boulevard.

So lets have more high towers on the boulevard!

I would be surprised if the spire was not part of the official height.

This is going to be an awesome building when it goes up, and I think Montreal has one of the coolest skylines in Canada.
