The embarrasment that represents this city.

That would be the pathetic organization called the Vancouver Canucks. With the likes of ritchie, isbister, cowan, ryan shannon, sedin sisters. WTF is Nonis thinking. Every year this organization shoves it down the fans throat.

What a gross miscalculation by management.

I wouldn't say the Vancouver Canucks are an embarrassment to this city given many American cities do not even care about hockey. I will agree that Dave Nonis has ruined the team - his inaction on the trade deadline was ridiculous considering our offence is lacking, and Luongo is getting sick of being plastered with shot after shot while the team stands around thinking, "Ahhh, I don't need to back-check because Luongo will stop it."

There is a rumor that Dave Nonis will be replaced by a guy from South Korea and his name is Will Win-Soon.

Well at least they have the 10th overall pick this year. In any case his hands were tied at the trade deadline, almost everyone who has value has a ntc and the Canucks were at the top in salary cap. Its nice of Nonis to care enough to not dump our entire prospect pool, which took years to finally build up. This year I didnt care too much because I knew the Canucks were in a bad position given the salary cap and the screwed up forward lines. Its next year that I expect them to make some noise, finally they will have space to revamp their forward lines and fix their flaws. I expect them to be a much much better team and the year after next year they should be even better as they fine tune the team and more of our prospects finally start to make a impact.

the Leo's have had a few good years lately. i think its alright if they blow a game or two here or there while everyone else catches up. i mean we can't win the Grey Cup every year.

plus we did stomp Winnipeg last night 42-24
