If they could crop the bottom low rises out, from a distance, it looks like Manhattan. Like you can see the resemblance. And yeah, kinda WTCish from a far and at night.

A cool look at the top, if you ignore the nosy (and rather unattractive) neighbor:

Absolutely. If there's one thing PCP does really well, it's taking what would otherwise be an unremarkable glass curtain wall and adding fenestration detail that makes it something unique.

That is a 3-floor section that contains amenities (gym, commons rooms and so on--not sure about a pool) for the condos and separates them physically from the office floors below.

I was up there 2-3 weeks ago, and I love seeing buildings under construction, or close to the end of their construction, so I timed it just right! The anticlimax comes with the finished product!

Yep, and there are some notable towers missing from that picture:

Parcel F - 806' - Planning
Park Tower - 605' - UC
Block 8 - 575' - UC
500 Folsom - 440' - UC
160 Folsom - 422' - Approved - should start by the spring

^^Jean Gang's 400 footer at 160 Folsom is now dubbed "Folsom Bay Tower" per the Gang web site.

Below is what I believe to be the most complete depiction of SF projects currently planned and under construction (generic Parcel F shown at the 750-foot height limit rather than the 806' proposed):

It also looks like Oceanwide Center is too short in this rendering. Its 905 ft but looks like its only 850 ft in that rendering.
