The Metropolitan live work is strong and very different from the tower. I agree that the tower is neither slab nor point even though the floor plate of the tower is smaller than most in town.

The most successful part of the Metropolitan project to me is the richness, diversity and complexity of the entire block. It is a full block development although feels much more integrated into the texture of the Pearl than most full block projects. The diversity in scales, skin treatments and uses adds something that is missing from many of the monolithic block developments.

I really like the way the metro turned out. The white cladding is refreshing and the design itself is great. Its one of my favorites

anyone know when move in is for the metropolitan? seems like they have been doing finishing work forever on that building.

wyatt looks great in my opinion, love the bright brick and green glass.
I guess you can't please everyone eh

I think Metropolitan move in is now for some and soon for others. HSP has already moved their offices to the live-work building and I think some other buyers are moving in soon. The lobby looked finished and the front desk was already staffed.
