wow - those are some awesome shots! Amazing, the look when you combine the large scale buildings of today and the pedestrian-orientation, scale and activity of yesteryear is just awesome!

Too bad downtown just can't seem to be a combination of the two the way these photos portray it!

Agreed. Just imagine if DT Phoenix had this much foot traffic today? It'd be the place to be. I doubt it can ever achieve this due to the super blocks and empty office towers after 5pm.
