Downtown Phoenix Construction Update

Downtown Phoenix construction update - with cell phone pictures from a car while driving around trying to soothe my newborn! Accuracy of the below information not guaranteed.

These are basically only showing the projects I hit from McDowell south to Madison between the 7s.

Portland on the Park and the Hotel renovation

Not much work has been going on lately...not sure what the hold up is. McKinley Row was supposed to break ground in January too but the lot is still covered by mounds of dirt (to be fair, some work has been done to remove but about half is still left)

Went by Union this morning and there were workers banging away on the steel beams and a small portable crane in operation. So, things are still moving...albeit very slowly.

I drive by the Metrowest site on Roosevelt daily, they're working at a slow pace due to permitting and utilities. Their site on McKinley is active as well albeit at a snail's pace. Both buildings will continue to move forward.

Here's a quick update from this Saturday, I only took pictures of a couple of the construction sites.

Tower crane going up... NWC Central & McDowell (is it "Muse"?)
