I wouldn't give up on that 400' crane just yet.

.....and yes!! Finally! The most anticipated project downtown is about to move forward!

Im sure there is a reason for the 400' application even if they opted not to increase height in the end.

I have a client that is in talks for a retail space at the project and have seen some of the shell plans. Based on what I've seen, I do not think they will be saving that existing component.

I live at Capital Place, seen a few construction workers pass me by in the hallway. I'm pretty sure they are transplants here to work on this great project :-)

There were 5 *5 hour* metered parking spaces on Jefferson adjacent to the block that are no more. They were perfect for Diamondback (and presumably Suns) games.

A lot of activity they were jackhammering the lot and the sidewalks. Thought I'd give a high rise view.

I had almost forgotten how bad that parking lot to the SW is.

Has anyone heard anything regarding the apartments that were planned there?

Edit: forgot about the Barrister Thread. Hoping we see that parking lot get torn up early 2018.

Barrister only covers about 1/4 of that parking lot.

The remainder is owned by someone else who recently floated building a parking garage on it with retail on the pedestrian corner.

Not the ideal use in my opinion but at least 1st floor retail wouldn't make it as bad.

haven't heard much on it since then.

Been searching for one. No luck yet. I would imagine OxBlue getting a cam for this size of a project.

They are removing a lot of debris from the parking garage and are tearing down the concrete structure above it.

I have been diligently looking for one and can't find anything. I did eat at Potbelly's last night and was watching the crews work. Block 23 is in full swing and I'm sure we'll be getting one soon. I'll keep looking
