Wrapping is likely for the 3rd Floor concrete pour so they can have heaters to cure the concrete above. Anyone notice concrete trucks this past week? Did they do the 3rd fl slab pour?

Major step forward with the 3rd fl slab pour. Great day weather wise to get this done. The next 30 floors should become routine and if they average one floor every 2 weeks should have this topping out in 60 weeks which would be around May/June 2020.

I might be wrong, but I would expect this could go up much quicker than some other buildings have, as this has a really small footprint. Maybe topped put by Christmas or even sooner??

Great photos. Keep them coming. Alot of the 3rd fl posts and forming for the stairwell and elevator shafts now up. Really good progress on the jack posts to form the 4th floor also setup.

Almost ready to pour the 4th floor

According to one of the workers there are hoping to average a floor per week.

30 floors in 30 weeks? That would be impressive. Means topped out by Dec with mechanical penthouse done by Jan.

We will see soon enough if they keep raising floors; your vantage point for these great photos will be gone in 6 weeks.

Looks like they are nearly ready to do 4th floor concrete slab pour by end of this week.

Looks like the 4th fl slab has been poured and already started on the posts and central core walls.
