3343 Morgan Avenue - 14s and 12s (Under Construction)

Old Oak is proposing 2 towers (14s and 12s) on this parcel of land in between Wonderland and Wharncliffe and the new Bradley. Also some townhomes.

They also have a third tower up at Hyde Park planned and the 2nd tower upto the 6th floor of 16 floors underway.

They also have a proposal for 2 16s on Richmond St north of Sunningdale Rd.

Not to mention their 515 Richmond St 32s tower.

I keep being amazed at how people would want to live in banal highrise buildings out in big box barf land (timbuktu); whether it is the dumbcentre area at Southdale or the other dumbcentre area at Hyde Parking Lot. Seems like the worst of both worlds. Why not live somewhere interesting, like the core?

Awesome!! Keep building out London from all sides and upwords!! This area should have a lot of cranes up over the next few years. Close to shopping and a highway. They need these to keep the population up with the commercial developments along Wonderland Rd.

Looks like Old Oaks has building permit for the 12s building. Wonder if they plan to hold off on starting until CF crews have fully moved into the Centro towers build. You'd think they would want to concentrate their workforce on progressing the Centro construction before taking on another site.

Old Oak has the pit excavated now and the tower crane is half assembled now. Looks like Concrete Forming is also doing the first of the two buildings for this site. The north building which fronts Bradley is going up first.

L1 walls and posts are poured now. Appear to be setting up for the L1 slab pour now. Forming for the ground floor slab will follow after that.

Forming for ground floor slab on the west side of building has started. As have the excavation of the underground pit towards the south of the property. The plans show a row of town homes along Morgan in between the north tower and south tower. Looks like they plan one level of underground parking under the entire project.

Have now got some of the 3rd floor slab poured on the west end and forming up for 3rd floor walls. Forming for 3rd floor slab on the east end appears to be setup for a two level lobby atrium. Have been pouring and forming the underground L1 level on the south side of building.
