They are still working on the underground level and foundation. The complete underground level under both the towers looks like the plan.

I haven't been in this area of the city for a while. Does it look like they will build both towers at once?

Hard to tell. They certainly are doing the underground parking and footings for both towers now which makes alot of sense.

"Alto" and their slogan is "Hitting the High Note". Kind of funny since Sopranos hit the high notes and Altos are the lower notes.

Will be interesting to see how York makes out, aside from Tricar leading the way in London they certainly seem like the next best alternative.

Actually Old Oak, Drewlo and Medallion have been far more active then York in residential high rises. Interesting choice to start these as rental apartments rather then condos on their part.

Would they build a basement below parking? I drive by this all the time, and being in a truck, I'm able to get a good view at the site. There certainly isn't wide open enough space for parking in what I've been seeing in the bottom level. Unfortunately, I'm never stopped there to be able to take a picture.

Still putting up 1st floor walls on east tower. No work on the west tower recently.

At their pace it likely will be topped out in Nov.

Prepping the 2nd floor slab pour. Focus is definitely on the east tower as no work has been done on the west foundation.

2nd fl walls now started in East Tower. This would still be part of the podium base structure.
