I think you need two levels of that steel section before you hit the 995'. I'm guessing we are still only at about 950'.

If it hit 950 then it passed One Liberty Place, now the second tallest building in both Pennsylvania and Philadelphia!

you can see a couple sections of glass on the 11th floor on the south face of the last photo above (by tallcoolone). Other than that the upward progression that was flying over the past couple weeks has stopped. But with all the excitement of vertical progress commencing once again who cares

I thought "official" doesn't count while still under construction after North Korea's Ryugyong Hotel disaster.
