Can confirm that Case is drilling on the NE corner, and possibly one of the center caissons as well.

looking through the diagrams, i just realized that with the U/C status for Vista, the US now has 5 cities with supertalls U/C: NYC, Chicago, Philly, LA, and SF.

this is the first time that has ever happened.
