Per this article McHugh said that foundation work will go from Aug 16 - April 17. If they stay on the same timeline just slid back a month then they'll be done w/ foundation work in May 17.

Don't know if Case will be there the whole time though, maybe someone else can answer that better.

I was going to bust out the Nanner party (sort of the Nanner version of the Village People having a big party) but the last time I did that was when Waterview Tower broke ground. And we all know how that turned out. Not that I'm superstitious or anything....

The Spire sucked the life out of me way back when. It's the reason I don't get so invested in supertalls in America anymore.

Great news! I believe by roof height this would be the 2nd tallest in Chicago, at 1186ft compared to 1171ft for Trump.

A day late -

Still getting stuff set up, 2 upright rigs doing the small stuff around the periphery, putting together a larger (Manitowac 999) rig for the big stuff.
