Wouldn't be surprised to hear that the owner of the parking lot sells it and the dream to built this tower. Maybe Ayerswood would be interested given they gave up on the King and Clarence multi tower project due to the rapid transit blindside by City Hall.

There were updated renderings less than a month ago.. What leads you to believe this is stalled?

Based on this LFP article George is partnering with Southside and Vito for the development and construction expertise to build his building on Clarence.

Todays LFP article quotes owner of lot that this project is dead for years. Parking lot for years to come.

Maybe he will get an offer to sell to a real developer who will build on the lot down the road but I'm guessing he will never build it himself.
