That's why it will hopefully turn out well! Not just a blah, generic box. The glass is a little dark for me juxtaposed against the Ritz (unless it has a protective coating on), but it DID still look great shining in the sun today.

This is really a good aesthetic filler. Seeing it from a distance today, it really adds a nice impact to the skyline. Philly is one of those undercover cities when you approach it. It goes from very little to in your face urban real quick.

Mostly glass, only the bottom few floors will be stone.

Great question. I don't think I've seen any renderings that show the north face of the building. The RATR uses those metal panels to cover the similar non-windowed side of their building.

Disregard my previous response, I thougt I remembered seeing a rendering from Dillworth Park, but that was done by a forum member:

See above, I was thinking of the mock up done on the forum.

I will say that I walked by yesterday on my way home and saw the glass starting to wrap around on the north side, so signs point to yes!
