I agree. I also don't get why the tower is inclined on the edges but near the top with the safety netting it straightens upwards..

I dare you to say that to 1WTC standing on West Street, right next to it. It's enormous, gigantic, and I'm saying this from a visit up close last June. It's MUCH taller now. Suggestion: Go see it up close.

Oh I did last week but I was somewhat far from it because they barricaded everything off for some reason so I didn't get extremely close to it

As the glass goes up on that side, does it go up around the other sides as well to level it out?

Lobby?

Asking This Again..

Are they putting the marble up in the lobby, or atleast preparing for it?

On the Last page I saw that it looked like a white tarp was there/

Does anybody know?

^^Just use your head: most likely not, why would they expose polished marble to the elements before they've even begun to clad the base, they often use white tarp when they spray on fireproofing, which they are more likely doing to the steel in the ceiling of the lobby.

It doesn't seem small close up was what I was trying to tell you in my last post. One World Trade Center never looked short. Never did and now never well.

Interesting reasoning, but wrong. Fireproofing work began hmmm 18 months ago? Port Morris Tile & Marble Corporation has already begun with the Larissa White Marble cladding on B2 and B1 levels on the eastern section, moving forward to the Lobby. Almost all pieces already delivered.

I told you I wasn't directly below it. I was near 4 WTC. I never said it actually looked small, it looks smaller up close (but still big) than from far away. Here's what I mean..and yes the heights do look different. (taken same day)

You can't see how it towers as much from a distance over the other buildings.

And here you can really see how it dominates..just saying. Plus I believe this was discussed a while ago about buildings seeming not as tall up close. Another ex. to show what I mean with the ESB. (excuse my off topic-ness)

They have already done it, though not released to public, yet.

I think a rendering of the lobby would do everyone justice for now. This from WTC Progress.
