BUFFALO | St Ann's Church

This is a spectacular place that has to be seen to be believed. It is one of many like it making up a dense collection of spectacular religious buildings in Buffalo.

This one is scheduled to close.

sad that it'll close. any plans to sell/rennovate it? concert hall/assembly space or condos?

Impressive. Buffalo has quite a lot of architecturally stunning churches. Also, it looks like it's a Catholic denomination since Catholic churches usually have very ornate interiors imo.

i actually saw this church in november and was wondering why it was all boarded up, but after spending 3 days in buffalo the sight became fairly normal to me this actually looks very similar to the catholic church of the immaculate conception in jax fl, especially on the interior. here are some pics of that
