normally they will notice 20 days earlier completion day according to the contract. why only 12 days?

Then again arent we all suppose to have the same completion/occupancy date?
Just the move in dates are first come first serve?

Yah it's probably not a bad idea for you all to create a Facebook community page. Would probably make it easier for you all to "chat" or maybe a hangouts group chat.

Love that window in the kitchen. Wish they would make the fridge disappear into the cabinets. Makes the space so much cleaner

Ummm....No. Not a big fan of that window. It just looks like a big blob and how would you put a blind or curtain on it? You're right about the fridge though. Ours is integrated with the cabinetry as is the dish washer here at P.A. I also prefer the dark colour cabinetry especially with the light coloured floor.

Yes. I agree with this. They should have done the same with the doors and door frames.

I don't think the cabinets and finishing look dated, apart from the color (which I'm guessing was a choice).
