I really love the portraits, they give the city such a sense of character. Great work!

This Brooklyn oddity was built in 1902 and was featured in Country Life magazine in 1904: "a faithful reflection of the dainty Japanese art from which America is learning so much".

Ironically it backs up to the open cut Q/B subway and a very crowded Caribbean hood surrounds.
