CHANGSHA | Wharf International Financial Square | T1:1,483FT/452M | T2:1,033FT/315M

Chang Sha International Financial Square (IFS) in progress will be the tallest building in Hunan province and also be the tallest structure ever built by WHARF since its establishment, including two towers with heights of 452m and 315m, respectively, a top grade shopping mall, Grade-A office buildings and a Five star Sky Hotel.
The planned mall will be one of the largest shopping malls in central China, larger than the ones in Cheng Du IFS and Hong Kong Harbor City.

Roof to 413 m.

The bathtub for this complex is very different from the excavations for the Ping An, the Chow Tai Fook and the towers going up in Wuhan and Tianjin. Different soils?

Yes, the building foundation for China's largest deep building foundation pit, provides about 2600 parking spaces.
