Two towers that are rising above Raleigh, Charter Square North Tower will be 358 ft./109.1 m and Charter Square South Tower will be 182 ft./55.5 m. Charter Square is near Marriott City Center and One Hannover Square.

The Charter Square towers are not under construction, and it's unclear if they ever will be. The developer has been unable to secure financing and has been selling off other properties, so it's not looking great.

They did some parking garage/foundation work, but they capped off everything and no work has been done for at least 18 months.

Still, I'd be interested to see how this project progresses if it does. I say we move it to high-rise/supertall proposals?
