Come on now. Is it really that bad? There are so many worse structures to pick on. Elysian is tall and slender, has no ugly parking podium, and obviously appeals to its upper class buyers. I would hardly call that a disaster.

I agree with you...I actually really like The Elysian!
I like it as well. It's far from a "disaster." I tend to like it more than a lot of the more "progressive" towers in other threads that get fawned upon on this forum.

One thing nice that I can say about the Elysian (and LaGrange's high-rise work in general) is that it's very vertical. He seems to understand the beauty and excitement of building something tall.
