I heard from a source that they are over the 60% mark. They seem to have good prices now.. which they need to have to compete with Station Square... Its an inferior site to Station Square but its an easy investor play for the ones that want to rent out their units being so close to the station & Metrotown.

Is the location that bad? Isn't it just across the street from the skytrain? Anyone have a price list?

Moda is going up so fast compared to it's neighbor Silver. Silver was even launched before Moda as well.
