I see a Chinese influence. I'm sure the fact that Wanda is building it is the cause. I have a feeling that many Chinese people would enjoy the good Feng Shui that the flowing curves provide.

They have to be close to the first big transfer floor. After that this will rise up really fast

It appears they are around 4 floors from that, so you are right. The first setback is about 2 floors above the short building next to Vista

Was driving NB on LSD last Friday when the city was smothered with fog, so dark it looked like all of the lights in all the buildings were off. But looking straight ahead was the Vista's silhouette and bright white work lights shining through the mist. Already making a statement.

From the webcam it looks like the slab edges have had a sealant or coating applied over the last week or so. Hopefully that means we will see some glass soon.
