The diagram of leasable floors lists them all leased up to floor 16. Is Frost using all those floors, or just some with others already leased out?

That would be great, Kevin! The top of that garage on Travis and Santa Rosa (visible in babysal's screen grab) might be a good vantage point.

Well, I'm not going to be able to make it after all, which sucks, because I was looking forward to seeing San Antonio again and trying to get some photos of the construction. We were planning on going to the dog show at the coliseum, but we've been scared off by some dog flu that's been going around that has actually been killing dogs. So we're playing it safe this time around.

Number of floors and height

So, I'm a little confused, is this building 386 ft tall or 400 ft? Also, is the floor count 23 or 24? I have seen conflicting reports.

One last thing (and I really hope someone with a background in construction can answer) is the construction a bit off schedule or is what's happening typical I know the foundation is perhaps the most difficult part of constructing any building, but we are now approaching four months and the first floor has yet to be completed.

Check out this article. It doesn't have an official height, but I think 386' is what it will be. That's the height SKW has for it, and he's usually pretty close.

https://therivardreport.com/frost-ba...o-go-vertical/

It also explains that we will not see it built floor by floor like other projects. It will seem like little is happening, then all of a sudden, up it goes.

Has anyone driven by the crane?

Drove by it from the highway a couple of days ago, and it looks short compared to what I thought the final height would be. It looks to top out below the current Frost HQ.

Will there be another stationary crane that will show a more accurate final height?

ETA: Upon thinking about it, I guess the crane up now could be for the main floors, and the crown will go up via another method, giving it it's final height.
