Not if it's shorter, which obviously it is.

Indeed, I have no idea why this tower is listed at 130m. Its quite probably 120m.

So, once the crane is installed, we can finally move this project to the under construction right?

Besides, it already is u/c in the diagrams (and listed at 33 floors).

I'm not sure how accurate the description is. I don't think the hole is deep enough yet to be connected to the Metro/Underground city.

This project is not supposed to be finished before spring 2014.

The blasting mats are still onsite.

As soon as there is evidence of foundation work (i.e. piles, caissons, or rebar for the matt foundation), we'll move it into the Construction subforum. Those are the official unofficial rules for the "under construction" designation on the forums.

For what it's worth, it looks like that work is right around the corner. So more frequent photo updates on this one may help push it over to Construction sooner.

If I had a postoned my Montreal trip by 8-weeks, I could have seen another crane in the skyline.

Once work starts relative to the foundation, then we move this thread to "Under Construction".

It is as much "under construction" as Bloor One or Theatre Tower in Toronto, both of which have been moved. Same rules should apply.

Bloor One has started to drill caissons. Theater Tower has footings already installed. One more day would not hurt, unless something foundation related starts today.
