The city can hardly even maintain the trees they’ve planted elsewhere in the last few years. Example, along Wyandotte they replaced the road and built new medians and also planted trees with that fake rubber mulch. On my way to work I can count several dead and diseased trees, and 3 that have already been cut down after less than 2 years. So now in some spots there are new medians with tree stumps in them!
Bravo Windsor.
Back to the riverfront. There was a new sculpture erected sometime last year. A giant globe with hands holding it up. It has since been taken down for whatever reason and now there is just a random pedestal with benches around it. Who who no what’s going on.
I think you’re asking too much of the city of Windsor.
