Vue at The Quarter Upper Westside

Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Size: 271 Units

Vue houses 271 residential units within The Quarter Upper Westside, a master planned, mixed use development in this burgeoning, eclectic northwest Atlanta neighborhood. Three 4/5 story split buildings are designed to reflect the neighborhood’s industrial roots, with metal trim, large warehouse style windows and brick grid. The terracing slope of the site gives way to gorgeous views of the Atlanta skyline. Residents enjoy the comfort and convenience of a walkable community with 35,000 square feet of on-site dining, shopping and entertainment. The 7,000 SF clubroom and fitness area overlook an expansive 11,750 SF pool courtyard with lounge seating and an outdoor kitchen. Amenities include a dog spa, bark park and bike shop. Site design anticipates direct connectivity to the future 6 mile paved trail extension that will link the Silver Comet Trail to the Atlanta Beltline.

Yes, on an interim basis. I meant long term.

New Gusto! Location at Northside & 17th

Gusto!’s new West Midtown location will be located in Fuqua’s currently under construction “West Midtown Center” development at Northside & 17th. The location is scheduled to open this Fall.

Gusto! wouldn’t confirm the details of the location; however, they posted the picture below on their Instagram story, and you can see the store front matches the in-development store front at Fuqua’s project.

Good for Gusto! If that northside & 17th is going to exist, I support Gusto! to receive a lot of business. Place is awesome.

Do you think that since the article mentions it being a 10-story hotel that they've updated the plans since this rendering was released, or do you think the article is just incorrect regarding the number of floors?

I suspect the ABC is counting the below grade parking levels as well.

There were three construction workers behind Northside tavern. So that's the residential portion I believe.

I feel like interlock and star metals will start at the same time. Traffic will be miserable for a couple years, but it will be WORTH it. Transit in the area is probably the most needed in all of the city.

The document on which the article is based was pretty clear that the FDA is looking for new space as opposed to developing new space. If they are going to stay on that site, a developer would have to redevelop the site with space designated for the FDA.

Woweeee, yeah hard to imagine what would come of the neighborhood if /when these go in (along with the other major proposals in the area...).

I like that the Echo project retained that railroad corridor, hopefully to preserve a connection from Downtown Back to the BeltLine/Westside Reservoir.
