Nice pictures.

You're a fan of sweeping views down big streets, aren't you?

Very cool... look forward to more.

That first Pittsburgh skyline shot is amazing... I don't think I've ever seen that angle. I assume that must be taken from one of the dead-end streets in Swisshelm Park.

Thanks! I took that shot from the Monongahela Cemetery on the hilltop above Braddock. There and the nearby Grand View Golf Club have nice views of the skyline.

Thanks! I do have an appreciation for those types of views, no matter if it's in a city or the country. One of my favorite vistas in that area is a stretch of the Lincoln Highway (near the Flight 93 Memorial) called the 7 Mile Stretch.

Thanks for the tour.

The picture above is amazing. I like the depth of field in this shot, and of course the green country in the both sides of that road.

Congrats and greetings from Madrid, Spain.

Great Tour! PA has very impressive county courthouses.

I was in Uniontown about 20 years ago and remembered that impressive old high-rise. Nice to see it again.

No problem at all! Considering the topography in SW Pennsylvania, open road vistas like this are very difficult to come by.

Thanks! I feel the same way about the county courthouses in this area. Lots of character in them all.

On another note, the mountain from which I took the second Uniontown shot has a view that extends all the way to Pittsburgh on a clear day (about 45 miles). You can make out the US Steel Tower and BNY Mellon Tower on the horizon here.

I'm a big fan of SW PA. So many of those smaller cities/towns have great older buildings and fairly impressive CBDs (skylines) even if some are kind of rough around the edge. I remember that stretch of the Lincoln Hwy from my recent visit to Shanksville. thanks for the tour.
