That's a nice pic.

I do wish that this could have been built at a time when there were fewer supertalls in NYC, as it would have been a much more prominent piece of the skyline. And if there's any building U/C in NY that deserves the title, it's this. Or maybe One Vanderbilt.

NYguy, do you work in that building or just heading up to snap pics from that perspective? That one with Verre, CPT and 111 all in the same pic has become one of my favorites.

Residential with mixed functionality at the base. So a restaurant and art space or gallery if I recall.

At the top, the penthouse, is where I will reside.

In spirit that is, not in the physical form. That form will be in NJ crying because my physical form is not in Verre sipping champagne and rolling dice. Instead, I'm sipping box wine, and the box is damaged!

I kinda wish this was built in Lower Manhattan. Imagine it near the Seaport area facing the East River. Would add a really cool dynamic. I feel like it kinda will get lost in Midtown, and we already see that it kinda is amidst the bulk and mass in the area.

If 80 South St ever gets approved you will have a tower like this there. At 1,438 feet, it would put everything down there to shame. Zoning approved transfer of air rights so I am not sure where the process is now.
