I'm trying to figure out exactly where the 14th Street proposal is going. Is it planned for the former Dowling site or...?

I recall that there was a Midtown proposal with really nice water features. Is the first project shown that one?

Great. Is the water feature still there despite the redesign?

Looks like Cooper Carry decided to take cues from some of their recent projects.

Toll Brothers controls 2 additional parcels in addition to the original site(s) for the Dowling project. Two existing 20-unit apartment buildings behind will remain (for now) according to WhatNowAtlanta.

Does this mean the project will be a floor taller?

No - it means they're leasing 4 floors instead of 3 floors as originally reported/expected.

Prep work for Opus 2 appears to have begun to prepare the site for beginning construction soon. Workers at 1180 Peachtree Building next door to the site was given notice that the entrance/exit to 14th St. across from the Four Seasons would be reduced to accommodate construction. This past weekend the construction fencing was moved into what was part of the entrance/exit.

Crane is definitely going up. Seems the base of crane was installed this week, likely will see it rise after a week or so.
