They've also completely repaved Guilford Ct. right next to this tower. It looks like it's going to be divided 2 lanes each way.

This one is pretty much done sans the buildout for Osteria Mazzantini, the Italian restaurant slated to open in August.

KTRK had a brief piece on it's completion yesterday.
