Nikon D40 or D40 X?

Hey! I was confused about the same thing just a few hours ago, I ended up buying the D40. The first camera I had was a 3 megapixel Sony; and four years later, I realizaed that I have never used the 3 full megapixels. so that helped me decide that I did not need 10.1 MP which is the biggest difference between D40 and D40x besides the $200.00.
