Looks like that roof-top garden will have some awesome views of the rest of the skyline...

Man! It puts Comcast in the dust!

I love its design... Philadelphia will definitely have the spotlight in the coming years.

The Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News are always late on covering developments like this or sometimes don't cover them at all. Brad is all over it and them.

I heard the lead tenant was going to be the Emperor's VIP Club.

but seriously folks, just so I understand it a little better, the hotel seems to be that sculptural piece, and the office part is the main tower. the height to the roof is 1210', which over 63 stories works out to just over 19' floor to floor. with a floor plate slightly larger than comcast center, which has a floor to floor height of about 17', that works out about the same in terms of allowing light into the center of the building with large windows. that is part of the LEED ceritification.
just needed to work that out.
