Its too bad that the top looks so aqward now, however, it is still a great project and certainly makes an enormous impact on the Gold Coast Skyline.

I don't like how the crown juts out from that angle. It doesn't take away from this amazing building though.

The 77 story / 240 meter Soul should start construction before July. IMO it will really help balance out the skyline!

I thought it was more slender, but I like it.
(It's been sightly redesigned since last year, right ?)

When the construction starts, later this year, I hope that you'll create a thread and keep us informed if you can.

Not sure on the redesign! I'll try my best to keep posting here, I post mainly on SSC

There are about 5-6 seperate projects rumoured to be over 200m planned for the Gold Coast, including one rumoured to be 300m to roof. Interesting to see how these develop and whether or not renders will be released soon

Here is a night shot I took a week ago


Here is a quick render i did of three of the rumoured towers plus Soul and Circle
