Lotsa 40-70 stuff but I'm lazy so this is not an update but a cheat post to get the city back on the front page -)

But one thing..

Here's a mega makeover of the Oreo/Kraft lands -front door is 300 acres of Humber Bay Parks (Calatrava foot-bridge), marinas nearby etc. new GO Transit and other to service.

That's gorgeous! How realistic is it that it gets built? Gives me vibes of Habitat 67 in Montreal.

100%. The project is essentially sold out and construction is expected to start soon.

Fab update thx!!

Where o where is One Delisle in the system... my favourite tower in years. Fingers crossed.

Shame CG Tower is in Vaughn... perfect for downtown (maybe better than the Selby). More brick downtown please.

20 years ago, 99% of the buildings in this pic didn't exist. Most of them are less than 10 years old.

This project's being built directly over a subway line hence the above-ground parking, which is very rare in Toronto.

With some projects, Toronto's starting to move away from a strict, Neo-Miesian Modernism to a more exuberant, Neo-"Lincoln Center" Modernism. Or is it Neo-Post Modernism? Lol
