RTA and I rode from the Louise Mckinney Park pedestrian bridge down to near the zoo along the river. It was spectacular out last night and reminded me just how amazing our valley is. People with picnicking, fishing, sculling, watching ducks, biking, walking, running, rollerblading, kitchen sink.

We celebrated with a few on the patio of Prohibition.

thanks again RTA

Indeed, it was a lot of fun. It seems like every time I take my bike out, I find someplace or something new to see. Too bad no one else could make it, but I'd be down for another bike tour at some point.

Allergy attack yesterday stopped me. But hopefully I can get out next week. Hell I have to get one of my bikes out.

Driving east of St Albert on Monday I noticed Sturgeon County has created a paved trail with sitting areas along the north side of the Sturgeon from St Al city limits out to Phantom Ridge and the million dollar home park.

I didn't know which bar we were supposed to head towards so I went to the Turkey Shoot at Metro Cinema instead.

There is another Turkey Shoot tonight if anyone wants to join me.
