Well the good news is that if your willing to sink money into a place you can probably get a rent control exemption.

There's a great looking turn of the century walkup behind 33 Hargrave that is boarded up.

With a little bit of TLC it would probably look quite lovely.

In any case you probably won't have any trouble finding tenants.

We tried to rent a house in Wolseley a few years back, so my family placed a tiny ad in the renters guide and the phone basically rang off the hook for 12 hours.

True story..

u mean across the st from 33 hargrave? that building is half guted last time i was in there july august
