Somewhat old news. Half of the 170+ units have been sold already (with starting prices at $4 million).

I agree - It is going to be a great project.

It looks like they added Sixth and Guadalupe, The Republic and 321 West 6th? into the distant skyline

It has a nice view of my son’s office in the Farm Credit Bank of Texas building across the lake.

Yeah, the one thing I find funny is the rendering are angling out a lot of not super attractive mid-rise offices and a bunch of hillside homes just out of view to make it look like this thing is in the middle of nowhere.

Some friends of mine have a deposit down for one of the "cheaper" units, around 2000 sq-ft for $3m-4m I think. I sat in with them during a spiel at the Four Seasons hospitality setup at Dell Match Play. Pretty swanky. The boat marina where residents can just rent out a boat for the day seemed pretty cool, with little cabins above each boat slip. Just have to pay for the fuel. (OK, not really. They are still paying for all of it with the steep HOA fee lol)

Largest villas starting at $50m I believe.

Won't be delivered until 2025 IIRC.

What's surprising to me about this project is that there aren't more like this along the river.

That's probably because the land is not available and/or, most importantly, the overall price tag.

This project is going to cost $830 million to deliver. Homes start at $4 million and there are 179 of them. I don't think the market could bare too many of these right now.
