it has risen above the riverside cottonwoods and the crane can be seen moving around quite often on my walks to and from work/the forks over the main/norwood bridges. it'll soon be Winnipeg's version of the gold coast

Driving over the Midtown Bridge this morning, I noticed that dCondo is starting to become quite prominent on the skyline.

iPhone? I always have issues with pictures and changing orientation when taken with my iPhone.

Funny enough when I look at the site on my phone the pictures are properly oriented but on the computer they're sideways

Ask those who put down $$ for a condo, occupancy was supposed to be March 15', then March 16' now what March 18'?

I could see first occupancy in late 2017 if they have their ducks in a row. Hard to say. Depends how organised their construction schedule is. I've heard that they are really tough to work with from a contractor standpoint. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Fair enough, but that's why I said now they're moving quickly. The footprint of the building isn't that big so I don't think it'd be that crazy to see them wrapping up next winter... just depends how bad this winter is I guess.

They're moving so quickly. It's awesome that soon as one tower on the river (300 Ass.) finished we have another one going up right down the street. Let's get another one planned!

I'm curious to see more detailed depiction of the river-side access/finish. With the amount of development happening in the city I think it's about time the City gets a waterfront plan in place, rules for development interaction, and get some federal money to improve the riverbanks.

Long time lurker, first time poster. I figured I could offer a progress update in terms of height comparisons to the surrounding buildings of this project. I will try to post updates bi-weekly. Cheers

Welcome to the forum, great view. Side question: what is the building on the left of the photo?
