YOU Get to design a new Supertall for NYC, RAR!!!

YAR!

In the spirit of wistful dreams of foolish hopes...
Let us suppose for a moment that some all powerful force has bestowed upon you the chance to build, of your own design, your own shape, style, size, a Supertall. YOU can pick the style, shape, and even location, OH YES.
should you wish to replace some current building you may consider (ahem) to be perhaps a bit of an eye sore, you may by all means knock it down to put up your own vision to perfection!

WHAT do you do?

EDIT: OK You can pick to have it build ANYwhere, not just NYC.

3000 ft. megatall with 250 3-acre floors. Right in the middle of central park, to piss off sunbathers.

10,000 meter tall replicas of the twin towers with 1km x 1km bases.

Kidding. I would build a 3WTC size modern art deco building in place of the Beaver House.
