2230 & 2250 Blackwater Road - 5s

Drewlo Holdings putting up tower crane for second building in this development called Waterdale Walk.

https://www.drewloholdings.com/news/...one-s-eye-view

First building has topped out and is being finished inside.

https://www.london.ca/business/Plann...2013-05-15.pdf

The second block proposal has been changed from this early plan as there are now smaller buildings built in this zone.

It's by Drewlo. Par for the course. They are the ones responsible for the utterly banal, Irkutskian towers across the street from Costco and rising behind Farm Boy on Wonderland.

A couple of floors above ground now.

Progress is rather slow with this crew.

This is one of the slowest builds i've seen. Progress moves at a snails pace.

Progress on first building (east) as exterior brick and stone work being installed. Also painting being done. The west building still moving slow on concrete as they seem to only be able to do one small wall segment per week.

As with the other building it appears progress on finishing the second building is incredibly slow. It might be another 6 months before they even start drywall and paint.

Looks like work has stalled on 2nd building. Noticed Drewlo had a help wanted sign up on Dundas St East in front of their services building. They must be struggling for skilled employees given how slow their buildings get built.
